Refund policy
Non-Personalized Items
I have a 7-day refund policy for non-personalized items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or let me know your item was received damaged. If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of the item I will give you a full refund.
Ketubah and other personalized prints
I provide refunds or corrections for personalized items only when the error is ours. This is because you will get to see a draft before your item is sent to production and will be able to make as many changes as you like before it is approved. Once you approve your draft and it is sent to production, there are no refunds but there are free reprints if there is damage to the print or the mistake is mine.
Damages and issues
You must inspect your order within three days of reception in order to get a reprint in the case of damage. In the unlikely case that your item was received damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received, contact me immediately with photos, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Rush fees, shipping costs, customization fees, and translation fees are not refundable unless the error was on our end.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Refunds
Once I approve your refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
