DESCRIPTION
Celebrate the beautiful union of two lives and two legacies with a Custom Wedding Monogram, a timeless emblem of your shared future. This personalized design is meticulously crafted to blend your names, creating a sophisticated symbol of your new family. Choose to have your monogram elegantly rendered in English, Hebrew, or a graceful combination of both, honoring your heritage in a deeply personal way.
This unique monogram is not just a design—it’s a powerful visual representation of your love story and commitment. From your wedding invitations and stationery to welcome signs and thank-you notes, it becomes the signature element that ties every detail together with a refined, cohesive touch. Beyond the wedding day, your custom monogram can adorn your future home, serving as a cherished and lasting symbol of the partnership you have built. Let this beautiful mark represent the new chapter you are writing together.
HOW IT WORKS
Creating your personalized invitation or monogram is a joyful process, and I aim to make it as swift and seamless as possible for you!
Simply enter in the custom information for your digital monogram, invitation, etc. in the personalization box during check out.
After you place your order, I'll typically reach out to you within 24 hours with any questions and to ask you for examples of styles you like to inspire your unique design.
Usually within two days I will send you a first draft (or multiple options). Your careful review and response of this draft is a key step. We will then make changes to the draft until you are happy with the design.
Once you've given your approval, your beautifully personalized invitation or monogram is emailed to you in the various professional file types that are usually needed (i.e. jpg, pdf, etc).
REFUNDS
Our Commitment to Your Personalized Creation & Return Policy
Your personalized art is a deeply personal and unique work of art, meticulously crafted just for you. My aim is always for your complete satisfaction with your custom piece.
Personalized Items: Draft Approval & Final Sale Policy
Before your personalized design is finalized, you'll receive a detailed digital draft for your review. This is your special opportunity to look over everything carefully and request as many changes as you like until it's absolutely perfect.
Because each design is custom-made specifically for you based on your unique details and final approval, once you give your final approval for the draft and I've emailed you the files, I am unable to offer refunds.
However, your peace of mind is incredibly important to me. In the rare event that your file arrives damaged, or if I've made an error in the text (which is highly unusual as I carefully proofread each piece!), I will, of course, provide a complimentary correction to make it right for you.
European Union Customers: Your Right of Withdrawal
For merchandise being shipped into the European Union, you have a specific right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. This "cooling off period" applies even to personalized items under EU consumer law, and I fully respect this right.
Processing Your Refund (for EU Customers)
Once I confirm and approve your refund request for eligible European customers, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your refund and you still haven't received it, please don't hesitate to contact me directly at [leah@leahrichman.com].
