Description

This Pressed Botanical Ketubah is a celebration of nature's delicate artistry, featuring scanned images of pressed flowers and foliage meticulously placed in an intricate arrangement .

Each bloom and leaf was carefully selected and arranged to create a captivating tapestry of colors and textures, evoking a sense of timeless elegance and natural grace. The artistry captures a fleeting moment of botanical beauty, preserving it as an enduring symbol of your love.

The soft, muted tones of the pressed botanicals lend a vintage charm to this Ketubah, while the meticulous composition reflects a modern sensibility. The circular design, reminiscent of a wreath or a crown, symbolizes wholeness, unity, and the eternal nature of your commitment. This Ketubah is more than just a document; it's a piece of botanical art, a delicate reminder of the natural beauty that surrounds us and the enduring love that binds you together.

This Pressed Botanical Ketubah is perfect for couples who appreciate the beauty of nature and seek a unique and timeless piece of art to commemorate their special day. It's an ideal choice for those planning a garden wedding, a rustic or bohemian celebration, or for couples who simply cherish the natural world. This Ketubah will resonate with those who value understated elegance and appreciate the artistry of delicate details. It's a beautiful symbol of a love that, like the pressed flowers, will stand the test of time.

Ordering Process

Step One: Choose Your Text

You’ll find a variety of beautiful text options [here]. I work closely with same-sex couples to adapt any text except the traditional Orthodox one, and I offer a specific version for non-binary couples. Want to use your own wording? You're welcome to; just note that Hebrew translation (if needed) is available for $50 and can be added to your cart [here]. Before finalizing your text, please check in with your officiant to make sure it aligns with their requirements.

Step Two: Share Your Details

During checkout, there's an area to add notes. Please provide both partners’ full names and parents’ names (in English and Hebrew, if available), as well as the city, date, and time of your ceremony. No Hebrew names? Not Jewish? That’s completely fine; I work with couples from all backgrounds and am honored to support you in marking this moment meaningfully.

Step Three: Review Your Draft

Keep an eye on your email or phone; I’ll reach out with any questions and send a draft for your review, usually within 24 hours. If you have a rabbi or cantor officiating, they’ll need to approve the final version. Once everyone’s happy, your ketubah is printed and shipped. Simple as that.

Production and Shipping time

  • I suggest ordering the ketubah two months before you need it, but I can do it in as little as two weeks (or even less if we use local print and pickup- contact me before purchase though).
  • All US orders have standard free shipping which will get your ketubah to you within two months of ordering it (but usually much much faster!).
  • If you order less than 30 days before you need the ketubah, you must pay the rush fee at checkout to prioritize your ketubah in my work load. The production rush fee is currently $50.
  • If you need the ketubah in less than two weeks, there is an additional fee (approximately $35 in the US) for rush shipping and / or printing at a print house near you for your local pickup.
  • Exact tax and shipping costs for international or expedited shipping and production can be seen at checkout.
  • Your ketubah is unframed and shipped to you rolled in a protective cardboard tube. Please open it immediately and check it for damage or errors and contact me immediately if there is a problem.

Returns / Reprints

Your ketubah is unique and personalized! You will get to see a draft before your item is sent to production and will be able to make as many changes as you like before it is approved.  Once you approve your draft and it is sent to production, there are no refunds but there are free reprints if there is damage to the print or if I've made an error in the text (very unusual).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.  In the unlikely case that your item was received damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received, contact me immediately with photos, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Rush fees, shipping costs, customization fees, and translation fees are not refundable unless the error was on our end.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Refunds
For European customers - once I approve your refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since I'd approved your refund, please contact me at leah@leahrichman.com.
