The couple said: We will be partners in this marriage; We strive to establish a warm Jewish home, where love and understanding, mutual support, openness, and caring will prevail; A home where we will honor and cherish the commonalities and the differences between us; A sensitive home, caring for those in it and around it. May our love and our life together be renewed and strengthened at all times, and may our hearts be whole for what is to come - the achievements and failures, the disappointments and hopes, the beginning of the journey and our established life together. On the _________ day of the week, the ______ day of the month ________, in the year 57__, as we are accustomed to reckon it here, in _____________ in the United States of America, we hereby testify that the groom _________ of the family ________ said to the bride _________ of family ________, “You are consecrated to me as my wife, with this ring, according to the laws of Moses and Israel,” and that the bride __________ said to the groom _________, “You are consecrated to me as my husband with this ring, according to the laws of Moses and Israel.” The groom ___________ and the bride ___________ accepted all the conditions of betrothal and marriage as set forth by biblical law and by the rulings of the Sages of blessed memory. The groom and bride further agreed willingly to work for one another, to honor, support and nurture one another, to live with one another, and to build together a household of integrity as befits members of the Jewish people. The bride accepted a ring from the groom, and the groom accepted a ring from the bride, for the purposes of creating this marriage and to symbolize their love. The groom and bride also accepted full legal responsibility for the obligations herein taken on, as well as for the various property entering the marriage from their respective homes and families, and agreed that the obligations in this Ketubah may be satisfied even from movable property. We have had both the groom and the bride formally acquire these obligations to the other, with an instrument fit for such purposes. This sacred covenant is valid and binding.

On the ______ day of the week, the __________ day of the month of _______________________ in the year 57____, corresponding to the ______ day of _________ 20___The holy covenant of marriage was entered into at _______ between the groom ________and the bride _________the groom made the following declaration to his bride: “Be my wife according to the law of Moses and Israel. I faithfully promise that I will be a true husband unto you; I will honor and cherish you; I will protect and support you, and will provide all that is necessary for your sustenance in accordance with the usual custom of Jewish husbands. I also take upon myself all such further obligations for your maintenance as are prescribed by our religious statutes.”
and the Bride has entered into this holy covenant with affection and sincerity, and has thus taken upon herself the fulfillment of all the duties incumbent upon a Jewish wife.
This covenant of marriage was duly executed and witnessed this day according to the usage of Israel.

Non-Binary Text
For the non-binary text I am able to adjust the Humanistic text because Hebrew is a gendered language and that particular text is written in the plural which is considered to include both masculine and feminine in Hebrew. The only change would be in the Hebrew where the Hebrew names typically include "son of" or "daughter of." In this case I would work with the couple to find a solution that best works for your scenario, for example using the plural, or leaving the parents names off the ketubah.
